This was really cool! These gay fucking idiots are absolutely adorable!!

Many of these dialogues and anxieties felt so real and appropriate for them being teens navigating these topics in the ways and circumstances that they do. The visuals were nice too, cute artwork and a fairly unique UI (I looove the psychedelic frame jdhfgjdfg)

(shame for the audio bug tho, I only saw the fix after finishing it. Maybe you could add it to the download instructions on itch? At any rate they didn't deter me tho hehe) But yes this was super cute and lovely!!

Good job :3333

TYSM!! ^_^ hehe. Also yes thats a good idea about adding the note to the DL instructions. I was thinking also i might try creating an entirely new Ren’Py project and re-importing everything just to see if that actually fixes it :o since there were also a couple of other technical oddities occuring while i was making the game initially. but until then I will add a note to the DL (…and leave it there if reassembling the project still doesnt work OTL)

AW tysm!!! and hehe yes it is a series….but reading in order isnt required. Entries arent even released in order. lol. so i TRY to write them all with the idea that any of em could be someone’s first read. but the entries Do build upon each other in a timeline order/in general ^_^

i thought it was pretty cute and interesting

the way they stumble and fumble throughout each others lives, knowing where it stems from made for a nice character study

i'm still trying to fully grasp their dynamics and weight but the vibe was cool too. i feel like i went to a flash website to watch a high school drama which i'm all for

This is a thoughtful and (realistic) representation of what it looks like inside the mind of a teenager trying to live alongside the complex aftermath of childhood trauma. The negatively skewed thinking, the unflinchingly bleak outlook, the warped, shattered self concept--a heartbreakingly well-written story. The humorous elements add a wonderful balance to the poignancy of the underlying theme. Love this so much.
